China's first integrated post-quantum confidential computing platform launched

At the recent 2026 Shanghai Information Technology Application Innovation Industry Development Forum's Security Sub-forum, Qiantian Quantum and Haiguang Information jointly released the country's first integrated anti-quantum confidential computing security platform. They broke through the integration path between quantum cryptography and domestic hardware confidential computing for the first time, providing a domestic solution for the security of the underlying computing power in the post-quantum era. This marks that China's anti-quantum cryptography technology has advanced from standard preparation to the stage of large-scale commercial application.

The "14-15" plan has placed quantum technology at the top of the six future industries. The domestic "Regulations on the Use of Commercial Cryptography for Key Information Infrastructure" also clearly requires that the commercial cryptography guarantee system be planned, constructed and operated simultaneously. The market generally believes that anti-quantum migration is not a new market but a comprehensive upgrade of the entire commercial cryptography market, and its scale will be no less than the existing commercial cryptography market. The platform released this time relies on a hierarchical architecture, deeply adapts to the confidential computing capabilities of Haiguang CSV3.0 chip, is equipped with QmSSL anti-quantum cryptography engine independently developed by Wenzheng Quantum, integrates two-level TEE hardware isolation, quantum true random numbers, and full-stack systems of post-quantum cryptography, and is accompanied by remote proof, full lifecycle management of keys, etc., to achieve full-link encryption protection for data and AI models, and achieve "data available but invisible, process controllable and auditable" all-domain trusted protection.

It is introduced that the platform has launched three products: a hardware-software integrated machine, a dedicated hardware integrated machine, and a pure software platform, covering various scenarios such as financial risk control, government data, medical privacy, and AI model protection. The transformation of domestic servers can be completed simultaneously with security upgrades, taking into account compliance with security protection standards, confidentiality assessment, deployment costs, and computing efficiency, thus solving the problems in industry implementation.

It is reported that Wanzheng Quantum has been deeply engaged in quantum cryptography for 17 years and is the leading organization in the formulation of quantum cryptography standards. This year, it completed a $600 million B-round financing. This new product is a benchmark achievement after the financing, promoting the company to shift from customized projects to the output of standardized components, significantly reducing the industry's replication and implementation barriers.

Industry experts have stated that this platform fills the gap in the domestic computing power's anti-quantum security capabilities. Relying on an independently controllable software and hardware foundation, it can fully support the construction of Digital China and a Strong Cryptography Nation. In the future, the two parties will continue to iterate on quantum random number and post-quantum encryption core technologies, expand industrial chain collaboration, and strengthen the bottom-line defense for China's network and data security.
